Bus passenger arrested after his stinky socks cause a fight on the bus.
India Police have arrested a man whose caused a conflict on the bus after passengers started complaining about his smelly socks. This caused a dispute between him and fellow passengers and escalated to a fight. Police charged Kumar with public nuisance after many passengers lodged a complaint against..The incident occurred en route to the capital, Delhi, after Prakash Kumar, 27, removed his shoes and socks to relax on the bus. This caused a bad stench from the socks that was so bad passengers asked Mr Kumar to put them in his bag or throw them out.
But he refused and ignored passengers. This caused a a heated argument between him & others.
Passengers then forced the bus driver to pull over at a police station in the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh where the complaint was lodged against the twenty seven year old.
When questioned Mr Kumar as saidthat his socks were not stinking, and that the passengers had quarrelled with him for "no reason". Mr Kumar has been granted bail say police. The underlying reason for most cases of smelly feet is bacteria and moisture.Smelly feet are not usually a medical concern, but they can affect a person's relationships with others and cause self-consciousness.People naturally have bacteria that live on the feet. When the bacteria rid themselves of wastes from breaking down oils and dead skin cells, bad smells can result.Socks and shoes can cause foot sweating, which can worsen smelly feet.Wearing socks at any time can help with smelly feet. Socks, especially those made from sweat-wicking materials, can absorb sweat and reduce odors. They can also easily be changed, reducing the odors that may otherwise linger inside a person's shoes but once the smell has overtaken it is better to get rid of them and buy new ones.
