In new pictures it appears once again that LiL Kim also has had some “minor” surgeries to clean up some of the facial work she has done in previous years.Many people were bashing the rap legend claiming that she had to much work done to her and that they preferred the old Kim better. Well many now are saying since her surgery that she looks way better and sexier and her face is not so bloated out in older pictures.
